Where do you ship?

We offer two island-inspired options:
- Express Tropical Delivery (10-15 days via DHL/FedEx for $12.95)
- Island Time Shipping (15-25 days via EMS, FREE for orders over $50)
How long does order processing take?

Can I combine multiple orders for free shipping?
Our system automatically combines items from the same order. For multiple orders, we recommend our “Island Time Shipping” – combine with friends to hit the $50 minimum and split the savings!
What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe?
While most orders arrive within our estimated windows, sometimes customs or weather can cause delays. If it’s been more than 5 days past the estimated date, please contact us at [email protected].
