How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item in its original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

  • Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact
  • Final sale items marked “Sale” with deep discounts (typically over 50% off) cannot be returned
