Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in West Valley City. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing. Perfect when you need those beach-ready styles a little faster!

Free Shipping

Available on orders $50+, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing. Kick back and relax – your tropical finds are on their way!

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries – we want you to love every piece from Coastal Tropic. Here’s our hassle-free return policy:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Swimwear bottoms (from our Bottoms collection)
  • One Piece swimsuits
  • Kids’ swimwear

These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest shipping carrier

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get the style you want while it’s still in stock.
